MEET YASSY

Hi, I’m Yasmin (Yassy) Frank, Pilates coach, fitness expert, and founder of Yassy Frank Fitness.

With 7 years of experience as a group fitness coach, my passion is empowering women to feel strong, confident, and connected in their bodies.

Through my in-person classes, personal training sessions, online fitness platform, Bali retreats, and special events, I’ve built a thriving community that celebrates movement, self-care, and a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My programming blends strength training, conditioning (HIIT), and progressive Pilates to deliver empowering classes that challenge you, reward you with results, and leave you feeling unstoppable. Every session is designed to build muscle, focus on form and technique, improve core strength, and elevate your fitness journey, always topped off with a spicy finisher to get those feel-good endorphins flowing.

Whether you’re lifting weights, sweating is out to an spicy AMRAP or shaking, burning and reconnecting with your body through mindful Pilates, my goal is to guide you toward a life filled with energy, joy, and strength.
