Strength & Pilates coach and founder of Yassy Frank Fitness.
I help busy women feel their strongest, most confident, and energised selves through intentional, empowering movement that delivers real results.
With over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked with hundreds of women and created a proven, signature method built for women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. My approach blends progressive Pilates, strength training, and HIIT-style conditioning to build lean muscle, strengthen your core, and improve overall strength, fitness, and confidence.
Based on the southern end of the Gold Coast, I offer in-person Strength and Pilates classes, one-on-one personal training, online fitness programs for women, Bali wellness retreats, and my signature Sunrise Sculpt Club pop-up events, all designed to create meaningful, lasting transformation both physically and mentally. Every session is built around form, technique, and functionality, so you feel the right muscles working and stay fully present on the mat, where you reconnect, get results, have fun, and fill up your cup. Finished with a spicy endorphin-boosting finisher, you’ll leave every session feeling strong, energised, and unstoppable.
